Our BE THE "I" IN KIND Campaign was created as a tool to teach our children about the importance of being kind to one another.

Directions:

Print the FREE downloadable worksheets
Have children draw a self portrait in place of the "I"
Have them then write What being KIND means to them (on page 2)
Discuss with your child or your classroom ways we can all be kind to one another and the responsibility we all share
We will be publishing a book soon and would love submissions:

The power of social media for good can initiate great change when the inspiration includes the participation and energy of many! In celebration of Random Acts of Kindness Day 2020 we are initiating a creative social-media impact campaign to generate global awareness about the importance of Kindness. We hope you will encourage your friends, classmates, students, co-workers, or rock painting groups to participate along side you.

National Random Acts of Kindness Day has grown in popularity each year and is celebrated on February 17, 2020. Individuals, groups and Organizations worldwide are encouraged to create acts of kindness..

We are participating this year with our #Because of your kindness… campaign in addition to our Kindness Rocks initiative.

The idea is simple. Download our sign, hand write a special message thanking someone & post it on social media and tag the person who has inspired you through their simple act of kindness. Let them know the impact that they made in your life… (be sure to also add the #Becauseofyourkindness to connect all who participate and on Feb. 17 we will seek out and share those posts or tag us @thekindnessrocksproject!)

We are launching this campaign today in the wake of another tragedy … It is important to let everyone who inspires you know the impact they have made as none of us are guaranteed a tomorrow. This campaign will run through Feb 17 (RAK Day) You can participate as many times as you wish.
